How do I clean my product?
We recommend dry cleaning only to ensure the brightness of fabric color and quality of embellishments stay in tact.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most purchases will arrive within seven to ten business days once your order has been processed. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.  Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship to the US only. Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes at this time.  All rates autocalculate at the time of checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and shipping via UPS.

Will I be charged sales tax?
If your order is shipping within Texas, state sales tax will apply.

What if an item is on back order?
We strive to maintain inventory on all products. However, if an item is on backorder you will be notified via email immediately as to the status of that particular item.

What is the return policy for online purchases?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email hello@sheridanfrench.com. Include your order number and indicate the item(s) you wish to return, the return reason and the items(s) you would like to exchange, if applicable. The item must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.  

Provided the return meets our criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, and return shipping charges. After 14 days, Sheridan French cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Please note that all of our ikat is hand woven, and we will not accept exchanges or returns based on slight variations in the weave, color and layout of fabric pattern thay may differ from photos on the website. These differences in the pattern and in the finished products are completely normal and ensure that your piece is unique.
