Returns & Exchanges

Sheridan French gladly accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Any items received outside of the 14-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. No exceptions will be made. 

Swimwear returns will not be accepted past 14 days of purchase. We are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition it was sent out, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. Swimsuits returned without a hygiene liner will NOT be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. Please allow your bank 10 business days to post the credit to your account or card.
