How can I add Navidium Shipping Insurance to my order?

At checkout, you have the option to add Navidium Shipping Insurance to your order. If you choose to add this protection, your purchase is fully covered in case of loss, damage, or theft during transit.

For orders over $2000, please contact us directly at customercare@sheridanfrench.com to obtain shipping insurance.

 

How do I file a claim for a lost, damaged, or stolen package?

To file a claim, visit: https://sheridanfrench.com/pages/file-a-claim 

If your claim is approved, a replacement will be processed within 7 business days. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

 

What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged, but I didn’t purchase Navidium shipping insurance?

For purchases made without Navidium Shipping Protection, we are not held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In such cases, you will be responsible for filing claims directly with the mailing carrier.
